Here are my new (i know very fashionable) cycling shoes. I am so excited!!! I love my spin class and this will just make it more of a workout:) For those of you who have never done spin...you should start. The BEST hour workout you will EVER have.
My workout schedule: start my mornings at the gym mon-Fri at 5am get my pass for spin that starts at 6am. Do weights for an hour and go to my spin class for an hour. I feel AMAZING!!!!
